Compliance & operations
Last step. We need to know how your firm runs conflict checks, where to send payouts, and that you understand Claws's rules for cross-border legal practice.
Conflict-check integration
Every project Claws opens runs through your firm's conflict logic before the lawyer can accept. Pick how that happens.
Connect existing system
We push matter open events to your existing conflict-check platform via API. Decisions flow back to Claws within seconds.
Use Claws-managed conflict DB Bu Er
Upload your client roster as CSV. Bu Er pre-screens; your conflict partner reviews flagged matches in Claws.
Payout & tax
Funds collected from clients are held in escrow until matter closure, then released to this firm account on a 14-day cadence.
Engagement letter template
Issued in your firm's name when a client accepts a Claws SKU. Required before work begins.

Compliance attestations
By submitting, the managing partner attests to the following on behalf of the firm.
We will conflict-check every project through our firm process before opening, regardless of fee size or apparent simplicity.
We will only accept matters on Claws within jurisdictions where the assigned lawyer is licensed to practice, and will route cross-border matters through licensed co-counsel where required.
We acknowledge that AI-generated drafts (Bu Er output) are work product subject to lawyer review, and the firm — not Claws — is the legal author of every deliverable sent to a client.
We accept the Claws Mainland China data-handling addendum and PIPL outbound transfer requirements for any project involving a Mainland China-resident client. (Required before going live for CN traffic.)
